Brian acquired Destination Holdings from the developers of River Valley Ranch in 2005, and has been affiliated with RVR ever since.
Brian originally hailed from Texas. After moving to Aspen and becoming a tennis professional at the Maroon Creek Club, Brian met Gerald Hines, the developer of River Valley Ranch. Brian became involved in 1997, and he worked as a member of the River Valley Ranch sales team.
Destination Holdings Real Estate has a long history in River Valley Ranch and under Brian's direction, it offers complete real estate service in the Roaring Fork Valley, as well as property management and rentals. Brian’s office is in the historic Old Thompson Barn on the eighteenth green at River Valley Ranch. You're likely to see him at local fundraisers and weddings that are held there.
Service To The Profession
Brian has served on numerous committees with the Aspen Board of Realtors® and has held various board positions on its Board of Directors including President in 2009 and Realtor of the Year in 2010. He also served the real estate community on the state level as a Director for the Colorado Association of Realtors from 2005-2010.
Brian spends his free time skiing, playing tennis and golf with his family. He lives in River Valley Ranch with his wife, Janis, and children Dillon, and Morgan.
Certifications & Education
In 2003, Brian received his Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) Designation and his Certified Real Estate Broker Manager (CRB) Designation in 2009. He has served his local community as a caring board member of several non-profits focused on supporting the local schools. He graduated form Texas Christian University with a BA in Business Management.
