Karen has been a licensed Real Estate Broker with Destination Holdings since 2006. Her office is located in River Valley Ranch’s “Old Thompson Barn” in Carbondale, Colorado. This central location in the Roaring Fork Valley allows Karen to easily work with buyers and sellers up and down the valley, including Carbondale, Crystal River Valley, Basalt, Missouri Heights, El Jebel, Glenwood Springs, Aspen and Snowmass Village.
Originally from Cape Cod, MA, Karen moved to the Roaring Fork Valley in 1990 and fell in love with the lifestyle, climate and all that Colorado has to offer. Customer service and attention to details are Karen’s specialties. Her enthusiasm for Colorado living is contagious. Working with people from all over the world for over 30 years, Karen enjoys meeting new families and helping them find what they are looking for in a new home and a new community.
Living in Missouri Heights, Karen and her husband, Eric, are raising a daughter and son. An avid skier, bicyclist and hiker, Karen also finds time to volunteer within the Carbondale community. Being a local for over 23 years, she has the knowledge and experience to guide you in your search for the perfect property for you and your family.

Karen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Investments from Babson College in Wellesley, MA. She is a member of the Aspen Board of Realtors and holds the following certifications:
